Products
All of our jewelry is handmade in our studio in Vancouver, Canada. All of our gems are responsibly sourced and in Jaipur, India by gemstone fabrication artists. Learn more about our story and collective here.
We recommend getting your finger professionally sized at a jeweler or using our printable digital ring sizer to ensure your ring fits perfectly.
Follow the instructions on the ring sizer carefully so your reading is accurate.

Currently, we’re not in a space that offers a shop front for our jewelry. We encourage you to shop online or visit one of our North American stockists to view our pieces.

We are devoted to creating a positive impact on this earth. We use recycled silver and solid gold, as well as gold-fill. The majority of our gemstones are sustainably sourced and cut by a family cooperative of 3rd generation gemstone fabrication artists in Jaipur, India. Their operations are not only safe, with no child-labour, and fair wages, but every step of the process promotes the highest standard of responsible jewelry practices. Our labels and printed materials are made using recycled materials and our packaging is reusable and FSC certified.

Recycled silver and gold and 14kt gold-fill. We are an eco-friendly company using natural materials, recycled silver, and gold-fill (not plated). Every piece of jewelry is handmade in our Vancouver studio with design and sustainable practices at our forefront. All pieces are handmade using lead, nickel and cadmium free materials.

At Devi Arts Collective, we believe that jewelry can be worn every day! We pride ourselves in using non-toxic materials to create our handmade jewelry. Our jewelry DOES NOT contain nickel or cadmium.
Even though we use quality and long-lasting materials such as responsibly sourced gemstones, gold-fill, and recycled silver we do recommend that you avoid exposure to chlorine, hairspray, or lotions. Also, limit exposure to water and moisture. We recommend not storing or keeping jewelry in your bathroom.
We would be happy to help you replace a lost pair of earrings. Please send us an email with a photo of the earring you would like to match to hello@deviartscollective.com and we would be happy to provide a discount code for a single pair. Please keep in mind that each pair is handmade and items may vary slightly, we will do our best to make a similar match.
Gold-fill is a great alternative if you love the look of 14kt gold but is much more affordable. Gold-fill contains 5% of gold weight. This allows gold-fill jewelry to wear and tear like solid gold and is tarnish-resistant.
Orders & Shipping
Because we are a small (but mighty) local business and all of our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow up to 4-10 business days for processing. Your order will then be shipped with expedited shipping and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
All orders are shipped worldwide, tracked via Canada Post and USPS. Orders will be shipped between 4-10 business days of the order being placed - you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Exact timelines for Canada Post and USPS are currently uncertain as they are experiencing higher than normal delays. If you don’t receive your order within 15-20 business days of it being shipping please contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number so they can locate your package successfully.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Your credit card information is encrypted when an order is made and is stored in a secure environment. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.
Canadian Orders
Orders under $75 (before tax + shipping costs) cost a flat rate of $11. Orders over $75 (before tax + shipping costs) will receive free expedited tracked shipping via Canada post.
US Orders
Orders under $75 (before tax + shipping costs) cost a flat rate of $11. Orders over $75 (before tax + shipping costs) will receive free tracked shipping through USPS First-Class Mail.
International Orders
Are subject to regular shipping fees depending on the weight + size of your order.
Please note: If you are ordering from outside Canada, your order may be subject to additional duties + taxes upon arrival depending on your country’s policies.
Taxes are included in your final payment amount at checkout, but all packages may be subject to additional taxes and duty charges (not included) upon arrival, based on your country of residence.
Yes, the price of shipping will be determined at checkout. Please note that international shipping is only available on our .com site.
Yes - the cost will be determined at after your order is placed. Please contact us to request this upgrade and we will inform you of the extra charge for the upgrade.. Please keep in mind that choosing this option will speed up the length of time it takes for your order to ship, but the processing time of 4-10 business days remains the same.

Our items are made to order but from time to time we have an item that is temporarily out of stock. Please click on the ‘Notify Me’ in the item listing to be notified as soon as the desired item is back in stock.
Returns and Exchange
Yes, we offer returns on merchandise that is returned with no obvious wear and tear in its unworn state. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns will be processed directly back onto the card the order was purchased with — no exceptions.
If the piece was a gift to you we are happy to exchange it for another item or 6-month store credit.
If you would like to return your piece please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and receipt for proof of purchase.
All returns or exchanges made at one of our retailers are subject to their individual business return or exchange policy and the transaction must be made through them.
All sale pieces or purchases made with a promo code are final sale.

Yes, we offer repairs on regular wear and tear to our jewelry up to 6 months after purchase. Please send us an email at hello@deviartscollective.com that includes your name, photo of the piece that needs repair, your address, order number, and proof of purchase from your original order.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns or exchanges. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.

All of our jewelry is built to last and made for everyday wear, but still requires some love and care to keep it looking as vibrant as the day you purchased it. We recommend your jewelry avoiding exposure to water, or any beauty products, such as perfume and hairspray.

We recommend not cleaning your jewelry with any solutions or polishing cloths.
Clean your jewelry once a year with a soft-bristle toothbrush and minimal soapy water - dry thoroughly.
Store your jewelry in an airtight pouch or in a dust-free jewelry box.
Packaging
Every piece of jewelry arrives gifting ready. Every order comes in a FSC cotton reusable pouches, care card, an information card, and a thank you card. Our jewelry labels and cards are made with FSC recycled paper.

Customization
We offer a variety of responsibly sourced gemstones for our pieces. If a piece of jewelry does not offer a gemstone option you prefer, please feel free to email us at hello@deviartscollective.com. We will do our best to accommodate depending on stock availability. Depending on gemstone preference and additional charge may be applied.
At this time we do not offer engraving on our pieces.

We are size inclusive brand. We offer ring sizes from 3 to 13.
We offer necklaces in various lengths from 14” to 20” in length. The majority of necklaces feature a one each chain extenders. We are happy to offer extra chain length on most designs for $3 to $5 per inch depending on the style of chain. Gift Cards
We are happy to offer digital gift cards on our website. Please use this link to find our gift card options.
When purchasing your gift card you can enter the recipient's contact information to have the card directly sent to them. You can also forward the email to the recipient once you receive it.
Our gift cards can be redeemed online or in person directly through Devi Arts Collective at a pop-up or market.
