Wholesale

All pieces are handmade to order, especially for you. Please allow from 3 to 6 weeks fabrication time on all wholesale orders and extended lea-times during busier season (ie. Holidays). Please feel free to contact us (info@deviartscollective.com) for any questions on order times or to see if we can rush an order (rush fee may apply). As each item is made by hand using natural ethically cut gemstones, pearls, recycled silver and 14kt gold-filled. All items are made by hand, so please expect minor variations, especially pieces with gemstones and pearls. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously crafted and inspected prior to shipping, tagged, pack- aged and guaranteed to leave the studio in perfect condition. All pieces are priced and label, unless a request is made otherwise. We are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during transit or for lost or stolen items while on display.

We pride ourselves in creating long lasting, unique and durable pieces. We stand by our jewelry. All items are guaranteed for one year of purchase (from wholesale purchase date) against normal wear and tear. We will offer an exchange of item or store credit to be applied on your next wholesale order. We appreciate your support and the support of your customers and customer satisfaction is our first priority.

We strive to make the ordering process streamlined and easy. We accept credit card, (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or etransfer payments. Orders must be paid in full before items are shipped.

Items will be packaged with label cards. With every first time order, you will receive a an artist biography and business cards. With any reorders, you received business cards, unless otherwise specified.
All items will be packed in protective bags , we advise you keep back stock/ extra which is not on display in protective bags to keep your pieces looking amazing and fresh.
